Is there any cost for NGOs?
No. Better.sg's services are completely free for registered non-profit organisations and social enterprises. Our volunteers donate their time and skills.
What kinds of organisations do you work with?
We work with registered charities, social enterprises, and government-linked non-profits based in Singapore. We prioritise organisations with a clear social mission and limited in-house technical capacity.
How long does a project take?
Most projects run for 3–6 months, depending on scope and complexity. We'll give you a realistic estimate during the scoping call.
What if we already have a vendor or internal tech team?
We can still help. We often work alongside existing teams on specific features, migrations, or design sprints. Mention this when you reach out and we'll tailor the engagement.
