Depending on the organization’s needs, we will deploy volunteers with the skills necessary to use tech to optimize their operation processes so that teams can spend more time on impact. The five focus areas that we offer tech support in are:
- Digital strategy - you are still using Windows 95 and want a pathway to update, or if you are interested in building an integrate suite of software (tech stack) that works for your organization’s needs
- Data analytics and dashboard - there are metrics and numbers you want to leverage on but you don’t know how
- Volunteer management system - the heart of every non-profit, you are looking at ways to use tech to make it easier to communicate and use their help
- Digital automation - you want to adopt tech that makes operations easier for you and your team
- Website design - your website can use a refresh
