We have a robust but flexible project guide to help inexperienced team members initiate a project in a new domain and take the idea all the way through development to deployment in a live environment with real users. Our volunteers can participate in our pitch-to-demo process which enables teams to focus on delivering social value using technology in an efficient and effective way, using a simplified Design Sprint method.

We guide you on how to assemble a kickstarter team, research the problem, and brainstorm using design thinking.

How might technology be the solution?
We help you think about how a digital tool could shape user behaviour, and then describe how the tool works clearly for a development team to take over.
Development Stage
How should we build the product?
We work with our designers, developers, and data scientists to build simple but effective tools that follow our best-practice steps and using our paid access to online tools and services.
Scaling Stage
How can we make the project thrive among users?
We help projects (financially and with access to our networks and resources) from the proof of concept phase, to proof of market fit, to proof of scale (national, or international).
